I chose veterinary medicine because I’ve always loved animals and wanted a career where I could make a meaningful difference in their lives. My journey to veterinary medicine was a little unconventional, I studied finance and worked in the field before changing careers after my own experience trying to access veterinary care for my sick ferret.
I graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College at the University of Guelph in 2025. I’m particularly interested in preventive care and geriatric medicine, and I enjoy helping families keep their pets healthy and comfortable throughout every stage of life.
What I love most about veterinary medicine is getting to know both the pets and the people who care for them. I enjoy building trusting relationships with families and working together to find practical, compassionate ways to keep their pets feeling their best. I’m also grateful to be part of a supportive team where everyone can learn from and help one another.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy watching Netflix and K-dramas, reading manga like Naruto, One Piece, and Demon Slayer, and crocheting!
